CHARLES "BUD" DALY

Bud owned and operated one of the largest masonry contractor businesses in Buffalo, NY, and he and Linda became best friends through their work association. Bud thought Linda was bluffing when she announced the move to Florida. "But she was serious ... and here we are!" Together, they represent over 71 years of construction experience.

The company is comprised of Linda, Bud and sons (whether in-laws or not, they are all family) and about a dozen employees that they consider part of the family as well.

About this close-knit relationship, Linda was quick to say, "We're a team, and every member of our company is vital to our existence. On the first day of hire, an employee is welcomed aboard and promised a good ride as long as they contribute to the well-being of our company. I admit, I care about each of them as if I was their 'Mom'", said Linda.
