Linda Daly is among only a handful of women who hold a commercial contractor's license in Florida and she is considered as one of Florida's more successful female General Contractors.

With the expertise provided by husband Bud and their hand-picked staff, Daly & Zilch, has left its mark on our beautiful section of Florida with the results of their talents seen on many familiar sites and residences throughout Citrus County.

For example, some of their commercial assignments included the management of the construction of the stage and pavilion buildings at Rock Crusher Canyon in Crystal River. They have performed a multitude of construction contracts for the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners, the City of Crystal River, and the City of Inverness. The company has completed several remodeling and construction projects for Bright House Networks of Tampa Bay. In Citrus Hills, they remodeled and expanded the Art & Education building at the Art Center of Citrus County.
