When it comes to home construction, the company does not offer a collection of stock floor plans. They go about it differently and prefer to sit with the customer and listen to what ideas and amenities they may like in their home. It's a "Have it your way" concept rather than settling for a cookie-cutter design. Many customers have an idea or even photos from magazines or their own sketches for reference. Of course, we have numerous photos to show the variety of home styles, interior layouts and color schemes to use for reference.

"Once we gather information about their tastes in style and functionality, we start the design process ... with customer involvement if they wish," explained Linda Daly. It's all done in-house with a team of experts who can translate ideas into preliminary drawings and eventually into architectural plans.

Bud Daly continued by explaining that they build under the guidelines of Energy Star® and are constantly looking for construction materials and methods that will save energy and provide safer environments.
