Because Daly & Zilch is a full-service General Contractor, we can offer to our customers the Design-Build option which means that all aspects of the construction project can be handled by our staff with the customer's knowledge, approvals and input along the way. Instead of having several contractors and consultants, a customer has just one entity to deal with.

Utilizing our experienced designers, architects and construction crews, this system often minimizes the project's risk for an owner and can reduce the delivery schedule by coordinating the design and construction phases more efficiently.

Design-Build combines the tasks of design, permitting, and construction which leads to a more efficient and streamlined environment. Daly & Zilch brings together all of its professionals to complete these tasks in an overlapping fashion. Although Design-Build could possibly lead to overall savings in the long run, the customer would certainly be more involved. This in itself keeps the lines of communications open which could help to avoid mistakes or misunderstandings. Finally, as the leader of the project, Daly & Zilch would be more accountable for all phases of the construction.
