REMODELING AND RECONSTRUCTION

Over the years, Daly & Zilch has found ways to gracefully add on, redesign, remodel and resconstruct homes and offices. One of their most remarkable projects was the restoration and reconstruction of the Central Citrus Business Park in Lecanto. This is the current location of the Daly & Zilch main headquarters and one that also houses four other businesses. When that project was considered, Linda & Bud looked beyond the building's then dilapidated condition and visualized an office park that would not only recycle an old building but would be beautiful and functional and capable of housing several small businesses. Occupying the original footprint, the interior of the old building eventually made way for a new, modern and energy-efficient office building.

The rewards for taking on this restoration / reconstruction task were many, with the first being the relocation of their own offices and opening up the rest of the building for four other small businesses to occupy. An additional and unexpected reward came as the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce recognized their reconstruction effort by awarding Daly & Zilch its "New Image Award for Business Beautification."
